Le manque d'eau, la faim, les s\u00e9cheresses et les inondations - notamment dues au changement climatique -, les difficult\u00e9s de scolarisation et d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins m\u00e9dicaux sont omnipr\u00e9sents. \u00c0 cela, s'ajoute ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es une augmentation massive des attaques terroristes qui menacent et angoissent les populations. Ce contexte explique les flux de migrations observ\u00e9s des pays voisins vers le Niger ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du Niger lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">APH y a progressivement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son engagement et soutient les dioc\u00e8ses de Niamey et Maradi. En outre, APH a trouv\u00e9 en Caritas-Niger un excellent partenaire de coop\u00e9ration, comp\u00e9tent et dynamique. L'archev\u00eaque Laurent Lompo, d\u00e9j\u00e0 connu et familier dans le Bas-Rhin, se porte personnellement garant de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de l\u2019efficience des actions d'APH en faveur des populations du Niger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">L'intervention d'APH au Niger concerne cinq domaines, en lien avec les probl\u00e8mes humanitaires les plus cruciaux du pays : le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau, la faim, les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, et les flux
