Les personnes fuient les r\u00e9gions rurales, massivement touch\u00e9es, pour se r\u00e9fugier dans des zones plus urbanis\u00e9es. La r\u00e9gion des puits de Makalondi, dans le d\u00e9partement de Tillaberi o\u00f9 se situe Niamey la capitale, fait partie de ces zones vuln\u00e9rables. Le nombre total de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s victimes du terrorisme de l'EI et de bandits s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve aujourd'hui \u00e0 plus d'un million de personnes. En \u00e9change, la famille d'accueil re\u00e7oit 30 euros par mois d'une famille marraine du Bas-Rhin. Plus de deux cents familles de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s ont ainsi d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu trouver un logement, un accompagnement et de la nourriture gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'aide des donateurs et partenaires de coop\u00e9ration de la fondation Action Pour l\u2019Humanit\u00e9. Le partenaire le plus important de la fondation Action Pour l\u2019Humanit\u00e9 est ici - comme pour la construction des puits - la fondation de la famille Seibt et l'association <a
